The first time I tried Cutthroat Ale, I drank six of them in two days and went out and bought six more.
I'm not entirely sure why I like this beer be so much. It's just yummy. When poured, a nice head formed that lasted the length of the glass. While it's true that I like good long head, I also enjoyed the bit of a bite that Cutthroat provided along with its nice bitter finish. The brewer describes it as a "Full Flavoured West Coast Ale" and I would agree.
The Tree Brewing Co. has been in business since 1996. Based in Kelowna British Columbia Canada, brew in small batches using only water, malt, hops and yeast to produce the highest quality, award winning beer. Cuthroat was the Gold medalist in the 2007 Canadian Brewers Awards.
I give this beer 4 out of 5 burps and I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed if you try it.
